1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods, downloadable digital products, gift cards, or personalized/custom-made items are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Company Responsibility: If we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same product.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
    We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly — either through replacement, refund, or store credit.


7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used personal items (e.g., health-related or hygiene products)

  • Perishable goods or consumables

  • Downloadable digital content (e-books, PDFs, software)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time for the refund to post.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet shipped.
After an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
